Vasectomy
Vasectomy is one of the safest and most common methods for permanent birth control. In fact, each year over 500,000 men undergo the procedure in the United States.
- No Needles, No Scalpel
- Little If Any Pain
- Can Be Reversed
Vasectomy Reversal
It is important to realize that a man who has had a vasectomy can find himself in changed circumstances. I can perform a vasectomy reversal in such situations to restore his fertility.
The vasectomy reversal is an outpatient surgery.
Infertility
Male infertility is caused by a variety of factors. These include structural or genetic abnormalities, hormone disturbances, and certain medical conditions.
If you are having trouble conceiving, come see me to discuss your situation. I use semen analysis, hormonal evaluation and genetic testing as tools to diagnose the cause.
Low Testosterone
Male hypogonadism, or low testosterone, affects approximately 40% of men who are more than 45 years of age and 14 million American men overall.
Diagnosing hypogonadism involves a blood test that checks for low testosterone levels plus a screening questionnaire, and can be treated effectively by replacing or adding testosterone through creams, injections, or implantable pellets.
Erectile Dysfunction
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the consistent inability to obtain or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual activity. It is estimated that one in five men- or approximately 30 million American men- have ED.
Treatments for ED are varied and include oral medicines like Viagra, penile injections, external pump devices, and an implantable penile prosthesis surgery.
